Guest Initiates Remote Access
After completing online check-in, the guest arrives at the building. They open their unique check-in link on their phone and press the "Open Gate" button.

Host Smartly Sends Secure Command
The Host Smartly web app verifies the guest's reservation status and sends an encrypted API command to the backend system, which identifies the correct smart device for that property.

Smart Device Receives Signal
The backend communicates with the smart device via secure API. The device is physically connected to your intercom system inside your apartment.
